Our rooms are available for check-in from 3:00 p.m.

Your room is available until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you have requested to stay later, our daily room rate will be charged until 6:00 p.m. and the full room rate after 6:00 p.m. If you would like to spend this day in Bamberg, please leave your luggage at reception.

All our rooms are equipped with allergy-friendly duvets and pillows.

Your four-legged friends are very welcome with us. You are welcome to bring house-trained dogs and pets. We provide treats, bowls and dog blankets for €15.00 per day/per pet. However, for hygienic reasons, your four-legged friends are not allowed in our breakfast area or in our fitness and wellness area. We would like to point out that in the event of any damage, the owner of the animal will be held liable.

Our hotel has its own underground car park. Reservations are possible on request at an additional cost.

The use of the Wi-Fi is free of charge for our guests. You will be given access to our WI-FI by our reception team at check-in.

Our Brasserie La Villa offers you first-class French cuisine with French flair and a stylish ambience. We will be happy to reserve a table for you. Opening hours: 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., kitchen from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Closed: Sunday and Monday.

Our soft wellness area is located in the basement. You will find relaxation in our Finnish sauna as well as in the relaxation area. A small selection of fitness equipment is available for your use. Towels are provided. Opening hours of the sauna and fitness area: Monday to Sunday 6:15 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. You will receive your access card at the reception.

Many rooms have air conditioning. Find out more on our website before arrival or let our reservation staff advise you. To activate the air conditioning in your room, plug your room card into the power supply. You can regulate the temperature manually on the panel in your room. All public areas are air-conditioned.

We always offer lactose-free milk, oat and soy milk for breakfast. We also offer a wide selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. We are happy to respond to special requests individually – pleas indicate your preference when making your reservation.
